General Investment Criteria

• Preference to work with owners looking to transition their business. Always open to retaining existing ownership at a small equity position to maintain their legacy and industry knowledge.
• $250k - $3M in annual pre-tax operating profits or EBITDA, inclusive of owners salary
• Pre-tax operating profit margin greater than 10% with demonstrable opportunity to improve profitability
• Mature, stable and growing industry with relatively simple product or service
• Operations and customers primarily in the United States
• 10 years or more of continuous operations
• Reasonably predictable revenue streams
